AccountManager Subscription and Support

This monthly service provides unlimited remote support and continuous upgrades of the AccountManager application. Support includes answering questions and solving problems related to the use of the AccountManager application. This service also provides the right to use any enhancements we make to the AccountManager.


SalesAnalysis Subscription and Support

This monthly service provides unlimited remote support and continuous upgrades of SalesAnalysis. Support includes answering questions and solving problems related to the use of the SalesAnalysis application. Subscription provides the right to use any enhancements we make to the SalesAnalysis application. 


Lotus Notes/Domino Support

This monthly or hourly service provides unlimited remote support of your existing Lotus Notes/Domino environment. Lotus Notes/Domino support includes answering questions and solving problems related to the use of Lotus Notes and Domino. This support includes problem resolution for Lotus Notes clients, Domino server, Notes email, Internet email (SMTP) and replication. This service also includes administrative help such as assisting with the addition of new users and help with configuring Lotus Notes on new workstations. We monitor your system on a daily basis with a round-trip email agent to ensure that your system is able to send and receive email and the server is operational.


Windows NT/Windows 2000 for Domino Support

This monthly or hourly service provides unlimited remote support of Microsoft Windows NT/2000 when used as an operating system for a Domino Server. Support includes answering questions and solving problems related to the use of Windows NT/2000 Server. This includes administrative help such as restoring backup files, updating anti-virus signatures and installing NT service packs. We also help resolve problems with the operating system, tape backup and UPS. As part of this service we also provide a CD with any Windows NT updates delivered on a quarterly basis.


Installation Services

This implementation service provides our customers with assistance or complete outsourcing of the installation and configuration of Lotus Note/Domino and AccountManager software. We provide data conversion services to get you up and running quickly. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager that will plan and perform your implementation. Communication is critical to a successful implementation and our team is dedicated to assuring your implementation is successful. Empowering Systems can implement the AccountManager on an existing network or provide a complete turnkey hardware/software solution.


Training

Empowering Systems offers various training services all dedicated to transferring knowledge on how to best leverage the investment our customers have made in AccountManager.
